Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed by the app stores.

Nakshatra subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds, cancellations, renewals, taxes, and payment methods are handled by the store account used for purchase.

Store-managed purchases

If you buy Nakshatra Black or another paid Nakshatra product through the iOS app, Apple handles the purchase through the App Store. If you buy through the Android app, Google handles the purchase through Google Play. Nakshatra does not receive full payment card details and cannot directly reverse store charges from inside the app.

How to request a refund

  • For App Store purchases, use Apple's refund flow from your Apple account or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • For Google Play purchases, use Google Play purchase history or Google Play support to request a refund.
  • Refund eligibility, timing, and approval are controlled by Apple or Google policies and applicable law.

Canceling renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the App Store or Google Play account before the renewal deadline that applies to the purchase. Uninstalling Nakshatra, signing out, or deleting a Nakshatra account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Restore and access issues

If Premium access does not appear after purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the same store account and Nakshatra account. If access still does not restore, contact support with the Nakshatra account email, platform, approximate purchase date, and store order identifier if available. Do not send full payment card numbers or store-account passwords.

Content expectations

Refunds are not promised because a user disagrees with an astrology interpretation, timing window, compatibility note, remedy, report, or generated answer. Nakshatra content is reflective Jyotish guidance, not guaranteed outcomes or professional advice. Store refund rights and consumer-law rights still apply where available.

For purchase access issues, duplicate charge questions, restore trouble, account mismatch questions, or refund routing help, contact support@nakshatra-app.com. Nakshatra support can help locate account and entitlement status, but refund decisions for store purchases remain with Apple or Google.
