For Nakshatra Black or other subscription questions, include the account email used in Nakshatra, device platform, approximate purchase date, and whether the purchase was made through the App Store or Google Play. Purchases, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and payment methods are managed by the store account used for purchase.
For login, profile, birth detail, location, notification, or saved-content issues, include the account email, device model, app version if available, and a short description of what happened.
For deletion status questions, include the deletion reference code shown in the app when available.
To request privacy help, data export, correction, or account deletion, email support or use the account deletion page. For deletion questions, include the deletion reference code shown in the app if one is available.
For data export requests, include the account email, platform, app version if available, and whether you want account/profile data, saved content, generated reports, Ask history, or subscription-status records included where technically available. Automated export downloads are not currently available, so export remains a support-routed request.
If Ask Nakshatra, generated reports, remedies, compatibility notes, or any future live AI-assisted feature produces content that seems unsafe, offensive, inaccurate, or inappropriate, contact support with the account email, approximate date/time, feature name, and a short description of the concern. First-release Ask is planned as source-backed Nakshatra guidance, not live OpenAI-backed Ask.
Live OpenAI-backed Ask is not shipping in v1. If future AI-assisted features are enabled, Nakshatra may update its support, reporting, moderation, and disclosure processes before release.
