Terms of Use
These terms explain the safety boundaries, subscription expectations, and acceptable use rules for Nakshatra.
Nakshatra provides astrology-based reflection, Kundali context, timing support, reports, remedies, journaling, and related product features. It is intended for personal reflection, planning support, and self-understanding.
Nakshatra offers reflective Jyotish and spiritual guidance. It does not guarantee predictions, outcomes, compatibility results, timing results, health outcomes, financial results, legal outcomes, or life events. Users remain responsible for their own decisions.
Additional policy details are available in the standalone Disclaimer and Refund Policy.
Nakshatra does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, emergency, mental health, safety, immigration, tax, relationship counseling, or other licensed professional advice. For high-stakes, urgent, health, legal, financial, or safety decisions, use qualified professional support.
Users are responsible for maintaining access to their account and for entering birth, time, place, timezone, and location information carefully when they want personalized calculations. Approximate, incomplete, or incorrect birth details can affect chart and timing outputs.
If a user enters another person's birth details, relationship details, family context, or other personal information for Bonds, compatibility, or similar features, the user is responsible for having an appropriate reason and permission to use that information.
Ask answers, reports, remedies, compatibility notes, and timing guidance may be generated or assembled from available chart context, saved context, product rules, and source-backed app services. Live OpenAI-backed Ask is not planned for v1. Configured AI providers should be used only if explicitly enabled for a later release after required disclosures, reporting, moderation, and QA are approved. Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, delayed, or unsuitable for a user's situation. Treat it as reflective material, not certainty.
Nakshatra may offer Premium access through an auto-renewing subscription, currently planned as Nakshatra Black, with annual and monthly subscription products through the App Store and Google Play. The app stores handle payment, billing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store account before renewal. Users can restore purchases in the app when using the same store account and Nakshatra account. Premium access may require subscription status to sync from the store through RevenueCat to Nakshatra.
Deleting a Nakshatra account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Users must manage renewal, cancellation, and refund requests through the store account and store policies that apply to the purchase.
Signed-in users can request staged account deletion in the app, and users without app access can contact support. Deletion may make account content unavailable or unrecoverable. Some payment, subscription, security, support, audit, legal, accounting, dispute, backup, and store/processor records may remain when retention is required or technically unavoidable.
Features, providers, models, calculations, copy, availability, and pricing may change as Nakshatra improves. Some features may be preview-only or introduced later as source-backed output and QA are ready.
For support, subscription help, privacy requests, deletion/export requests, or content concerns, contact
support@nakshatra-app.com.
Account deletion requests may require support review and account verification. The in-app request creates a reference code and status. Users must cancel store subscriptions separately through Apple or Google.
